Regulamento

O torneio terá como semifinais os confrontos entre os clubes rivais; Atlético x Cruzeiro-MG se enfrentam no dia 17 de janeiro às 16h e o Nacional encara o Peñarol às 18h da mesma data. Os vencedores disputam a final no dia 21 de janeiro às 22h, enquanto os perdedores fazem o jogo de abertura às 20h.
